2032 NFL Week 7 Recap: Seahawks bounce back with statement win against Cowboys.

Clapp your hands. Stomp your feet. The Seattle Seahawks can't be beat, by anyone outside of their division. Seattle traveled into Dallas looking for a wild west type duel between the Cowboys. Clapp pulled the trigger fastest as he lead the Seahawks to a 24-3 bounce back victory.

Dallas kicked a field goal early to lead 3-0, but it only took one possession to get Brandon Clapp in the zone. He went down the field with three straight completions and eventually found rookie Dom Waynes for the score. Clapp told reporters after the game that he thought the drive should have been over a play before.

"I'm happy I fed D-Wayne (Dom Waynes) the pass, but the drive should have been over when L3 (Artavious Luther III) caught the ball. He looked like the little engine that has had enough."

"Clapp's clownin', man," Luther III said postgame. "I caught it and when I went to make a move, my leg fell asleep. It felt like somethin' went numb for like a minute or two."

"I'm very thankful for coach K to be putting me into situations I will succeed in," Waynes said. "I've been working on that move in practice all week. Just happy it worked out on the field."

On the other hand, the Seahawks defense intercepted passes like it was taking candy from a baby. Four interceptions and zero touchdowns for quarterback Mario Hand. The Cowboys did not find the end zone all afternoon.

"We denied them access to the end zone," MLB Freddie Walters said post game. "We were out for blood after last week. We weren't letting anyone in the end zone after that."

The Cowboys had a chance to add more points on the board when they lined up for a field goal in the second half. The Seahawks had other plans.

The Seahawks blocked their second field goal of the season and Farrell came close to scoring his first touchdown of the year.

"We have blocked a few over the past season or two," Farrell said. "I finally had a chance to score after Currie blocked it, but I just ran out of gas."

Farrell was not the only one who ran out of gas in this contest. The Cowboys looked as if they had nothing in the tank well into the second quarter.

"We know that against our division rivals it isn't going to be pretty," Krabbs said. "We need to show no mercy so that we are ready for our biggest competition when they pop up on our schedule."

Their second biggest game of the season comes when they host the Rams after their bye week. Their first divisional game did not go how they thought, hopefully things are different the second time around.
